Shipping Policy
1. Domestic Shipping Only (United States)
At this time, W&LM Family Entertainment LLC ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this moment.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
3. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated automatically and displayed at checkout via our Shopify platform.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
5. Damages and Product Integrity
Our priority is the quality and craftsmanship of our board games. If your package arrives with significant visible damage, please contact us immediately.
  • Critical Condition for Returns: For any claim or potential refund, the item must be returned with the original company security seals intact on both sides of the box.
  • Tampered Seals: If the seals have been broken, cut, or tampered with, the product will be automatically considered used and will not be eligible for a return, as we can no longer guarantee the integrity of the internal components.
